Waterproofing work done for a landed property along Lichi Avenue. Formally a swampy land, there is a higher than normal hydrostatic ground water pressure leading to water seepage. This affected the external wall, internal living room and back wall.
Combination of polyurethane PU injection, crystalline waterproofing cement called Matryx from Davco, deep penetration sealer, waterproofing membrane and PuHua natural paint with high water vapour permeability.
