Most "waterproofing failures" we are called to are not membrane failures. They are missing wall upturns, missing pipe collars, untreated cracks, and skipped ponding tests. Putting a new membrane over the same defects gives the same result.
Every job starts with a diagnosis — moisture mapping, leak trace, joint and crack inspection — before the method statement is written. The right material follows the diagnosis, not the other way around.
